Create a new city landmark that would correlate with the surrounding historical center and the harbor.
Suggest various functions for the museum interior space.
Museum facade reminds of trees dipped into the water thus creating a beautiful image of the unique Finnish nature.
The clear layout and arched silhouettes of the construction form the unique flowing structure of the museum.
Inner space formed by lancet archs dissolves gradually in the soft light.
Semi-transparent glass generates hazy light making the outward image of the museum even more mysterious.
