The objective of the project was to integrate a large-scale building into a natural landscape and merge quiet living with developed infrastructure.

The main part of the building is integrated into the terrain, which brings it together with the scale of the environment. Hotel blocks emerge from the top of the hill, whilst releasing spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. The artificial pond on the territory is viewed from the large pool hall, main halls, and lobbies. This decision involves visual dialogue with the environment.
