Stone Towers

Stone Towers

The STONE Towers office quarter is located in the Belarusian business district and consists of four towers with a height of 9-23 floors. Each building has its own individual character and differs in the color of the material - glass fiber concrete, height and geometry of the pylons. The holistic perception of the project is ensured by the compositional unity of the facades and general landscaping. A viewing terrace is thought out on the top floor of each building.

The territory of the block is permeable, the project involves comprehensive landscaping and a public all-season park of 5,000 sq. m with alleys, recreation areas and pavilions for working outdoors. Large-sized oak was chosen as an accent tree. The paving is formed by concrete tiles, its pattern is individual for each zone and supports the plasticity of the facades.

The two central buildings are connected by a common stylobate, forming a square with an art object. The first floors of the towers are given over to infrastructure facilities - restaurants, coffee shops and retail. This solution “includes” the area of the block in the city life and creates a comfortable environment for all visitors to the block.
