The project’s main goal was to create a quarter with developed infrastructure and comfortable living conditions.

The development consists of two different types of buildings: 9-story sections correspond to the scale of the surrounding context, while 18-story units fit the maximum permitted height. The height difference helps to create good views in the apartments on the top floors.

The shape of both types excludes angular sections, where it is always complicated to place smaller apartments. The pedestrian courtyard has no car access.
